Before you write
The Help page covers how frequencies, credit-card nesting, estimated amounts, and late payments work — most questions land there.
What to include
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- Your iOS version and iPhone model
- The $pend version, from Settings → About
Please don't send screenshots containing real amounts unless they're necessary — and never send anything you'd rather keep private. We can usually help from a description alone.
Things we can't do
- Recover your data. It lives on your device and in your private iCloud; we hold no copy and have no access.
- Issue refunds. Purchases go through the App Store — request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Give financial advice. $pend does arithmetic on figures you enter; what you do with the result is your call.
